(Week 1)

Proper Techniques at the Keyboard

  1. Sit up in your Chair
  2. Do not Cross your legs (Bad for your back)
  3. Sit in Front of the Screen (For your eyes)
  4. Fingers Curved (easier to reach all the keys without using your arms
  5. Wrists off the table (Avoid wrist injuries)

Touch Typing--The ability to type without looking at the keys
